Responsibilities Handled (Direct Sales & Marketing Executive)• Handling customer service & outsource call center (Tele Access) for better sales & customer service. My own Team Located at outsourced call center.• Coordinating with them regarding the Sales & Stock availability at the store & ware house.• Provide administrative support to the senior manager and top management team.• Assist and support resources department in hiring new employees.• Conduct weekly staff meetings to maximize performance & increase our numbers of sales amount. • Provide training to the Call Centre Executives & Senior Managements of our vendors & sales promoters.• Making relation with online sales vendors like (Indiangiftportal, Talash flipkart & etc.)• Handling our Company’s online vendors for online sales & giving report to my senior manager. • Maintaining Customer Relations and Loyalty with all the customers.• Working on SAP for each & every sales orders & keeping track till delivery. (A Bilakhia Group Company) as Key Accounts Manager (Eastern UP), looking after entire Sales & Operations of the assigned Territory.Mexus Education Pvt. Ltd. Key Deliverables-:  To developing franchise business in Varanasi, Gorakhpur & Azamgarh. To approach schools principals & Trustees as regards to Design & Technology Lab & iKen Scientifica (International science & technology competition).  Developing dealers & retailers for retail products & try to get more sales from them. Participate in cross-functional team meetings. Documenting all conversations and keeping manager apprised. Assist and support resources department in hiring new employees. Conduct weekly staff meetings to maximize performance. Monitoring milestones, measures results against targets and is dependable and consistent in delivering day-to-day work. Planning with the help of reporting manager and executing the same by leveraging the resources available. Making periodical reports emphasizing on the previous and current business patterns, BEP and profitability of the Territory & presenting in review meets held at HO.
