With 20 years of experience in the Design & Project Management fields, I consolidated my technical background as Electrical Engineer and Designer and later as MEP Project Manager, owing it to the international exposure I gained during my employment with the most renowned Lebanese and European firms.My 1st challenge as a Project Manager was the completion of the Design Tender package of the Middle Euphrates International Airport in Karbala employed to accommodate 30 million passengers, heading experienced teams of engineers and specialists spread over 3 countries. Today, I am co-managing the Shop Drawings package of the Riyadh Metro project for Lines 4, 5 & 6 spanning over 73 Km and including 23 Stations as well as the Design and Shop Drawings packages of the King Abdullah International Gardens including 15 botanical gardens and 23 diverse amenities buildings. Currently, my main engagement is to collaborate with Developers, Architects, Main Consultants and MEP Contractors, by leading complex projects, with a particular focus on managing scattered teams in multiple locations simultaneously, using my acquired expertise in:-Project Management, Planning, Scheduling and Resource Allocation for efficiency in Quality, Time and Cost.-Project Coordination and Technical follow up with Clients, Engineers and Experts along with Workshops with Clients.-Design, Shop Drawings and Value Engineering knowhow for Buildings, Roads and Infrastructure. I have earned a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from LAU Lebanon with Honors and then an Executive Master degree in Business Administration from ESCP France with Honors, followed by 2 certificates in LEED and PMP. However, my learning process never stops as I constantly educate myself in the latest Engineering innovations like efficient Lighting, Power generation and distribution and new technologies in IT & Low Current systems, as well as the latest trends in Project and Program Management.
