• Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of HV & LV Transformer. • HV & LV Transformer monitoring like WTI, OTI, Oil level and oil leakage etc. • Commissioning, maintenance and operation of ABB & L &T make 33 KV, 11 KV, 6.6 KV switch boards and & LT switch boards.• Commissioning and maintenance of External, Internal, Emergency Lighting, network, High mast Tower Lighting, Install control gearbox and marshaling box, Flam proof and non-flam proof.• Maintenance and operation for Navigational lighting, alarm system and various all electrical equipment of Offshore (Marine Terminal & Tank Farm, Jetty, Platform, Moring boa, Rel tug, Pushing Pulling Tug, pilot boat and security craft etc.).• Maintenance and Operation of all AC and Electrical System of onboard (Vessels power ranging between 750 KW to 3600 KW.• Planning and Supervision of all AC and Electrical Job for Dry-Docking repairs including major repairs.• Maintenance and operation of HT, LT Switchgear, Motors & Module.• Maintenance of Starters, Alternators, UPS, Battery charger and Battery banks.• Maintenance and operation of EHT System.• Worked with breakers (A.C.B., V.C.B., SF6) and CT / PT, LA, Isolators and E/S.• Knowledge of Generators and Engine (Caterpillar, westerbeke, cumins, Siemens), carbon brush, Exciter system, AVR and protection system.• To participate in the assigned plant shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of job activities.• To carry out preventive maintenance activities based on work orders and carry out skilled maintenance, repair and testing of electrical equipment.• Lock out- Tag out procedures and Various PM/CM with routine checklists.• Knowledge of control wiring 230VAC, 110VAC, 24V DC, 12V DC • PLC & temp Controller• Knowledge of HVAC System Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, maintenance and Operation.• To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.
