Negotiating and business building with University Presidents, Medical School deans, real estate developers. Signed a series of joint venture agreements; on track to expand CIC into new cities. Left for a year to assist the new President at Babson College, Kerry Healey.

Recruited by the Board of Trustees to perform complete institutional turn-around while maintaining the vigor of research and clinical activities. Drove philanthropic efforts to all-time record. Closed ten 7-figure gifts. Completed complex real estate development and $400 million wet lab building. This turn-around was the basis for a chapter in the book "Motivate Like a CEO," and was featured in a Harvard Business School case by Professor Michael Porter. Joslin merged with Beth Israel Lahey Health in November 2021.
