I didn't always know what I wanted to do with my life. I was 25, chronically stressed, and lamenting how long it was going to take until I retired – at which point I’d finally be able to live the life I wanted, not that I knew what that looked like. Work was something to "get through" rather than a joyful endeavor in and of itself.Fortunately, I found a job that resonated with my personal mission, though I didn't realize it at first. I was responsible for making my team members successful, acting as a coach, mentor, and barrier-buster. I could make a difference in their lives, and maybe, by extension, do my part to make the world a better place.I founded One Work to help people like you discover and fulfill your personal missions so you can become an unstoppable force for good. Together, we'll leave the world better than we found it.
