Current- Leading design team and engineering activities for residential, commercial and utility projects- Performing Energy Production and Performance modelling for on grid and hybrid PV systems- Review electrical system specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and tenders- Provide technical direction to engineers and contractors in the execution of PV design scope on medium and large sized PV projects.- Develop and maintain company design and engineering standards.- Prepare/review power system studies, single lines, equipment layouts, area classifications, sizing calculations, schematics, equipment specifications, data sheets, requisitions and technical bid analysis- Management of EPC and EPCM projects inside and outside Jordan with a capacity over 40 MWp- Communication with utilities and authority having jurisdictions regarding interconnection (NEPCO, JEPCO, EDCO and IDECO) and overseeing grid impact study analysis - Supporting in contract negotiations, and agreements with subcontractors and vendors, and oversee all subcontractors’ work in all phases- Developing and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project’s success
