Founder and Director of Strategy at Mountain Mojo Group, a digital marketing agency providing fractional CMO, CRM integration, and digital marketing services to the hardware retail/lumberyard (Ace, T.V., and D.I.B.) and university athletics industries. Originally running restaurants in college, he started in the world of production in 2003 working as a production assistant for MTV. He went on to manage and promote over 1400 concerts, festivals, and fundraisers. Pursuing his love of event and live music, he co-founded, owned and operated Flagstaff's Green Room, a music venue in Flagstaff, AZ for 7 years while also running one of the country's most beautiful outdoor venues, The Pepsi Amphitheater. He has also owned and operated 3 festivals including The Flagstaff Hullabaloo, Flagstaff Cornucopia and Kaleidoscope Kamp Out. After 2 successful exits, he started Mountain Mojo Group, a marketing firm with partner and fellow creative, Austin Leggett. Since 2015, they have grown the business, assembling a talented group of creatives that provide a unique and highly effective approach to marketing strategy, website development, design, and digital marketing services for clients around the country (and Germany). Mojo has 3 requirements in clients; that they are kind, hungry, and locally owned and operated. Rand has developed a strong network of hardware retailers from around the country that Mojo supports with holistic marketing efforts. In his spare time he has sat on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, The Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy, The Flagstaff Music Festival/Firefly Gatherings, mentored for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and loves participating in startup mentoring programs and small business advising. All of this is secondary of course to his favorite activity, family time!
