As my CV indicates, during my experience working in challenging, goal-oriented environments in NGOs, I have gained operational and leadership experience that has aided me not only in managing events, teams, volunteers, and establishing and implementing artistic projects and events, but also in working with partners to excel by creating a working relationships in which they feel motivated to cooperate. During my work at Tatawwor Association I coordinated workshops for women in Sahab city, Al-Tafelah and Al-ShobaK. I also documented those events by film. My education in Theatre and my experience with Tatawwor on visual documentation of their activities, specifically videography has given me the right set of skills and armed me with knowledge in coordinating with the photographer and videographer and communicating the final concept to the target group. My strengths lie in the fact that through my study and work experience I have proven my creativity with directing and creating artistic events most relevantly during my role as a communication and media officer.I am a young professional. But as my resume indicates to date, my professional background has included roles in the non-profit organizations sector, along with internship and volunteering experience.
