I had the great pleasure of working with the Sauer Family Foundation here in Minneapolis. I researched and wrote two reports contributing to their work on improving and sustaining the safety and well-being of Minnesota's children. The first report was on how child well-being is defined here in Minnesota compared to other jurisdictions. The first report was on how child well-being is defined here in Minnesota compared to other jurisdictions. I also researched ways in which some jurisdictions measure child well-being and the use of predictive analytics. The second report featured research on child welfare practice models, effective practice strategies and resources to support implementation. Minnesota has made significant and much needed changes in it's child welfare system. I was proud to be a part of that work. Show less
