My expertise, especially during the last 10 years, taught me that the more actions you take the more motivation you got! Being a Team building facilitator, a Mentor for career and self-development, and an event planner was allowing me for the last 10 years to establish my own business and gave me also the opportunity to deal with many institutions asking to mentor her employees or either to organize their events.This experience and achievements have allowed me, all over the years, to help employee to go beyond their capacities, to develop themselves and their team at the same time.Nowadays I am on my way finishing my sports nutrition training and I will very soon be allowed to help athletes and sports team to improve their performance by providing the good food that impact their strength, training, performance and recovery.
