About Randal Abrams

After a stint in Hawaii, I have recently returned home and am very excited to be settled back in Seattle, and to once again begin using LinkedIn as a means of staying connected.My background includes many aspects of strategic & tactical planning, sales & marketing, P&L accountability, culinary & catering, human resources, safety & sanitation, unparalleled guest focus, and most importantly managing real-world scenarios. I have led several well-known national operations and have a trend of exceptional results in the areas previously mentioned. One of my personal and career objectives is to be a motivator who can guide and coach others to better themselves developing their talents to the fullest while also always learning and growing myself.I've been involved in the hospitality and retail industry for many years and enjoy leveraging my range of operations experience with my passion for being in the "people" business.
