I direct and oversee the company’s cash and debt, which includes ongoing monitoring of liquidity, risk, and loan levels. Promoted into this role to support Grosvenor’s strategy to double assets under management [AUM], I develop process improvements, implement internal controls to mitigate risk and exposure, and create new forecasting models. Despite a lending freeze resulting from the global pandemic, I have executed new loans and modified an existing loan portfolio valued at $610M. As a member of the company’s innovation team, I have made significant progress in automating manual tasks and improving efficiencies that enable speed and accuracy. In addition, I led an initiative to provide transparency into cash management for a portfolio of approximately 50 commercial investment properties.
