I went to Vista College to get my Associates in Applied Science. I started at Wayfair on May 5th 2019 to current dateI developed strong PowerShell skills for remote system administration as a Tier 1 Virtual Call Center Service Tech. After T1 VCC dissolved I was absorbed into the local IT team in Bryan Texas. Bringing my specialty I expounded on it allowing me to administer large number of machines with PowerShell. I aquired my SQL superuser certification at Wayfair allowing me to work on Order Management and Mailing list Management tickets. SQL has been useful after I was promoted to T2 Tech as this allowed me to interface SCCM and Cisco with PowerShell.I eventually became an Subject Matter Expert for SQL and PowerShell for my team. I was promoted to T2 to bring this specialty to the Tier 2 team. Once on T2 I was introduced to VDI (Igel and Citrix) and Macs where I continue to support these systems to this day.
