I began my career as a business and technology consulting professional and held senior management positions with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Cambridge Technology Partners. In 1996, I set out on my own as the founder and CEO of Innovex Group, a Technology Consulting organization focused on large and mid-sized companies across a wide array of industries. In 2000, I joined Citrix Systems (NASD: CTXS) as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Consulting Services, as part of the acquisition of my company. At Citrix, I was responsible for developing a global, professional services organization and launched offices around the world. In 2007, I was elected to the Board of Hostopia (TSX: H) and participated on both the Compensation Committee and the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee. Hostopia was acquired by Deluxe (NYSE: DLX) in 2008. Over the past 20 years, I have worked as an advisor, mentor, investor and coach. More importantly, I have helped nearly a dozen small business owners grow and exit their businesses for more than $450M cumulatively.
