Under the direction of the District Vice President, I oversee and manage the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the branch operations of two YMCA's, the Wilson Family YMCA that currently serves 16,000+ members as well as the Augusta South Armed Services YMCA that serves 5,000+ members in the South Augusta area and Ft. Gordon.

Under the direction of the District Vice President; I oversee and manage the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of branch operations. Current staff managed includes 8 full-time and 250+ part-time employees.

Assisted the CFO with the management of the accounting department. Served as a liaison for managers within the organization, advising them of current budgetary information and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization. This position is also responsible for the internal audit function of all YMCA Child Development Academy (YMCA CDA) financials and management of the YMCA CDA CACFP grant.

The YWCA El Paso del Norte Region is the largest and most comprehensive YWCA in the United States. Assisted in development, management and implementation of a $6.6 million budget exclusively for early childhood education. The YWCA El Paso del Norte Region has 13 childcare sites throughout the city of El Paso including centers at UTEP, EPCC Transmountain and EPCC Valle Verde. Caring for more than 800 children ages 0 through 5 years of age daily, all centers are fully licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. A national, research-based curriculum promotes emotional, social and physical development. As the Program Accountant, I conducted ongoing analysis of the financial and business performance for our 13 Early Learning Centers.

Direct responsibility for the daily operations of Membership, Youth Sports, Summer Camp, Afterschool and Aquatics programs for 2 branches. In addition to this, my responsibilities also included fiscal management, annual support and membership campaigns, board development, strategic planning and numerous collaborations throughout the community.
