As a system engineer at the State of New Hampshire, I work with a diverse and collaborative team to manage and maintain the state's servers, applications, and databases. Our mission is to provide reliable and accessible information and resources to the public, and we strive to achieve this by implementing and improving the security, performance, and usability of the state's online services.In my four years in this role, I have contributed to several projects that enhanced the state's IT infrastructure and operations. For example, I implemented a new backup and recovery system, upgraded the server software and hardware, and resolved complex technical issues. I have also developed and documented best practices and procedures for the Network Team, and provided training and support to other staff members. My core competencies include problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my work and help me deliver better solutions.
