JOB FUNCTIONSContinue to assist in the development of and support the L3 Enterprise implementation.Lead or facilitate L3 event activities toward continuous improvement in quality, cost, customer service, inventory levels, and operating philosophy.Work directly with Value Stream teams, Integrated Product teams, and Leadership.Mentor and coach the L3 team members. Ensure effective cross-training across the team and level load implementation work through the team.Develop procedures that will ensure consistent presentation and format during L3 implementation.Utilize the Lean Tool Set (see Skills #7 below) and adapt them to the implementation effort.Keep abreast of the latest Lean tool technique development and utilize when applicable.Responsible for identifying support resources required to enable the team effort towards continuous improvement.Act as a resource that will complete implementation projects.Report to Leadership on progress and effectiveness of L3 implementation projects.
