My role is synthesis and application of core company capacities. The lead focus of ENPLAN is environmental compliance documentation for significant, location-sensitive public infrastructure and land development projects. We provide the foundation to secure all land use entitlements and regulatory permit approvals prerequisite to construction and operation. Our capability in geospatial technology was added in 1995. The ENPLAN geospatial team focus is web map portal design, development and implementation. Our purpose is to leverage spatially intelligent land-based datasets to optimize logistical decision-making and resource allocation processes. Member of 12 person team responsible for planning New Doha, Qatar. Urban design group. Responsible for formulation of space allocation and relationship criteria for public, commercial and institutional envelopes lined by tributary housing. Led emphasis on creation of traditional, mid-eastern, pedestrian-centric urban fabric. As framework, used new town planning philosophy that evolved mid-century in countries such as France, Britain, and, most relevant, Israel.

Formulation of environmental assessment standards and protocols for private development projects.Preparation of Environmental Impact Reports for commercial, geothermal energy, ski area, MF housing, and other context-sensitive land development projects. Atlantis Scientific was established immediately following the Friends of Mammoth court decision requiring CEQA compliance for private sector projects.
