• Led weekly preventative maintenance on Bradley Fighting vehicles and Joint Light Tactical Vehicles and their communication systems. • Led weekly preventive maintenance on the Bradley, utilizing multiples tools such as, ratchets, wrenches impact tools, sledgehammers, track connectors and puller systems and a multimeter in order to test electrical components within the hull and turret, draw oil content for testing, refill oil and hydraulic fluids, replace Track and track pads, replace road wheels and greasing lubrication points.• Facilitated a cohesive work environment with a priority on effective and safe operations.• Oversaw the Equal opportunity training of 140 company members.
