Management of the Junior Design team providing mentoring and directing the flow of creative requests from the multiple labels within The Capitol Music Group. Work with Artists, Product Managers, and Creative Directors to produce original content utilized in album packaging, branding, web content, ads, merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Manage projects with outside designers ensuring projects are up to spec, and delivered on time. QC on all outgoing album art files for production.
