About Randall Mcclure
For the past 5 years I have been passionate about using the Cloud to transform the way software is developed, deployed, and supported. I have been in the trenches supporting large scale systems for many years, and I truly believe that the Cloud changes everything! What used to take 2 months, now takes 2 minutes. And the quality of the delivered product is actually much higher, since we can spin up and down all of the test environments we need. And more recently I have been experimenting with Chaos Engineering to improve the availability and robustness of our production environments. This really does change everything! Add technologies like Blockchain and AI/ML, and the world is now truly a very different and exciting place.
