- Administer Clients AWS infrastructures by using terraform, puppet to administer and setup new virtual machines. - Setup Clients AWS security using AWS IAM users, groups, and roles- Wrote a Plesk DNS to PowerDNS converter to update main DNS every hour using python. - Wrote a slack bot in python so that customer service can do simple resets of passwords and unban IPs from servers.- Address level 3 issues submitted by customers, providing a summary of the work done to resolve the issue and working with the customer to confirm full resolution.- Found and resolved virus and malware outbreaks and responded to abuse/dmca requests from everything to phishing sites, to spammers, to malware injected code.- Superior troubleshooting and technical support abilities with migrations, network connectivity, security and database applications.- Script and software automation, puppet automation system, for the 350 servers. This involved writing and maintaining includes to keep said servers up to date with software and security.- Ran the network operations center during customer initiated data-center visits. This includes escorting and supplying the client with provisions.
