- Manage FIS Business Bill Pay (Payment Manager 2.0.). Worked on system upgrade to 2.0 in June 2022. Very successful upgrade. Work directly with Cash Management Team on customer issues if necessary. Responsible for testing on system releases throughout the year. - Manager of FIS DirectLink Merchant (DLM) Business Remote Deposit product since conversion to FIS in 2018. Responsible for troubleshooting when necessary and working with the vendor on customer/system issues. - IntraFi System - Responsible for the ICS and CDARS products as well as the IntraFi/FIS Commercial Sweep product. Worked on implementing the Commercial Sweep in November of 2019. Responsible for getting upgrade notifications out to bank employees, and involved in any new products with IntraFi.- Responsible for maintaining the FIS Commercial Sweep product for the bank. Work closely with Operations Team in setting up Multi-Tier sweep setups between DDA accounts and Loans. - Work very closely with our Business Online Banking vendor (Q2). Handle system issues within Q2 and Customers Bank, open cases and work directly with Q2 case owners on customer issues with a goal to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

-Manage staff of Deposit Operations employees and assist in working closely with Item Processing-Direct contact for Private Banking, Branch Administration, Branch Managers, Assistants, Compliance and Security departments-Responsible for Deposit system upgrades including new product type, interest plans, service charge plans creation and testing-Maintain deposit related SOX controls-Review third parties to maintain changing operational needs-Train new and existing branch personnel on the operational functions of Deposit Operations-Create and organize financial queries for management information, marketing research, due diligence, and escheat filings-Conduct interviews, hiring and development of staff-Prior Call Center experience
