• Manage, train and mentor a team of analysts responsible for financial close, forecasting, budgeting, capital expenditure, analysis and reporting as CFO for HBAN’s Branch network with annual revenue of $2B+, Call Center, Physical Channel Distribution, Mass Affluent Banking, Multicultural Banking, and all Retail Operations• Partner with Consumer and Regional Banking (CRB) and Finance Leadership Teams to execute strategies to improve performance across retail and business banking• Drive analysis to aid in strategic decision making; including identifying and analyzing profitability drivers and working with CRB leadership to create actions plans and recommendations• Partner with CRB leadership to create financial business cases for new strategies and initiatives as well as forecast and track existing strategic initiatives• Maintain regular reporting of Financial Key Performance Indicators for the Retail Banking segment• Work with CRB leadership to set sales and production goals that are aligned to the financial budget as well as design, model and monitor the effectiveness of incentive plans• Facilitate push down of high level annual segment budget to various geographic markets• Conduct periodic product profitability/pricing analysis• Support merger and acquisition (M&A) and other ad-hoc growth initiatives through financial analytics• Collaborate with Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury and Business functions on various reporting and analytical needs for financial data

• Manage, train and mentor a team of treasury analysts producing monthly ALM/IRR/Capital metrics for the bank’s executive ALCO and ALCO support committees.• Initiate discussions on the measurement and management of capital and interest rate risk in executive ALCO and ALCO Support.• Develop strategies to protect earnings and capital as well as mitigate interest rate risk by optimizing the balance sheet’s structure and using derivatives.• Prepare for the possibility of negative rates and the unique risks they pose to bank operations as a member of the Negative Rate Program.• Provide additional adhoc analysis regarding the bank’s interest rate risk position.• Collaborate with lines of business and other modeling teams to ensure Huntington’s QRM Enterprise Risk Framework model is up to date and accurate and provide FTP guidance.• Lead the BSM portion of the bank’s CCAR/DFAST exercise by effectively implementing models into QRM, ensuring accuracy of the simulation results, collaborating with various teams and providing daily status updates.• Implement and maintain LIBOR/SOFR fallback capability within the QRM production framework.• Communicate effectively with internal audit, model validation, and regulators.

• Improve and streamline existing interest rate risk processes for better operational efficiency within corporate treasury.• Provide adhoc analysis using the current and forecasted balance sheet by reporting on hypothetical market scenarios.

• Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of new models into the QRM Risk Framework for BAU and CCAR stress testing (Non-Maturity and Term Deposit, Credit Default, Term Structure of Rates and prepayment Models)• Creation of a Static Balance Sheet strategy to understand the NII at risk embedded in the current balance sheet minus the forecast. • End to end overhaul of the QRM data loading process by understanding and subsequently utilizing the Huntington Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).

• Monthly EVE reporting and analyses of portfolio and market changes• Implementation of U.S. Basel III LCR and RWA calculations within the QRM framework• Support due diligence for potential and current M&A activities

• Creating monthly market and Current Position within QRM Enterprise Risk Framework• Monthly prepayment tracking of on balance sheet mortgages and securities

Our goal is to create a sustainable, mixed-income community with opportunities for all.As a member of the board and specifically the Finance Committee, my responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting so that we may strategically grow our outreach in a fiscally responsible and sustainable fashion.I also approve/reject prospective Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program deals and insure appropriate developer fees are obtained when entering into LIHTC deals.
