Current- Roles/Responsibilities: Establishment and management of PMO; supporting governance, processes and templates. Project governance, prioritisation and scheduling. Resource and budget management and benefits realisation.
- Successfully embedded four tiers of governance into business to ensure appropriate control, strategic alignment and velocity for projects.
- Successfully coordinated the business response to Covid shutdown periods; both shutdown and restart activities. Included liaising with central government on essential worker status of auto glass business during level 4.
- As Programme Manager, oversaw wide breadth of customer centric projects. Successfully oversaw development of online booking functionality that was enabled by significant product ID data work across disparate data.
- Brought in to rescue core operational software for technicians. Led nationwide effort to remediate and then expand functionality. Resulting outcome recognised by Microsoft (Head Office, Seattle) as world leading.
- As PM, successfully delivered strategic, large scale technology projects to the business including; Genesys Cloud Telephony System, HRIS, Marketing Automation and Accounts Receivable D365 modules, revision of CRM GUI.
