This enabled the company to leverage the power of its brand identity across the corporation under a harmonized brand platform and saved double-digit millions in expenses. Together with our agencies, we established a robust supplier relationship management program (SRM), standardized financial controls verification processes and established a fit for purpose services model to eliminate waste and duplication.
