As Principal, Randy is responsible for overseeing projects of various sectors including mixed-use developments. Randy has extensive experience in all aspects of strategic planning, programming, master planning, due diligence, concept and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and project management.

As Associate Principal, Randy provides leadership and oversight for our mixed-use market as well as business development efforts and the firm’s management. His designs demonstrate his focus and respect for the people that use the spaces and the places we create. A few of his recent projects Collin Creek Mall, The Boardwalk at Granite Park, Park Plaza, Highland Park Village, Red Bird Mall and Valley View Redevelopment.

As Director of Mixed-Use Projects, he is responsible for developing and implementing the project design and leading project staff meetings as well as ensuring the appropriate resources are available to complete each phase of the project on time.
