I founded Launch Point Ventures driven by my passion for early business creation and development. At Launch Point our passion is gaming technology and virtual gaming development. At Core Gaming we developed innovative technology to make advances in the Exergaming experience. Our innovative developments in Exergaming industry coupled with our experienced management team allowed our firm to go to market with our first prototype.

-Research on new and exciting things in the video games space.-Current interests include haptics, engine technologies and the confluence between real-world devices and video games.-Prototype interface ideas using PS3 and PS Vita, such as image recognition, augmented reality, touch and motion sensors. Wrote patents for new ideas.-Worked on bug fixes and optimization for PS3 port of PhysX engine. Worked with Epic Games's Unreal Engine team to identify and improve perfomance issues. -Helped create first publicly shown PlayStation Move E3 demo.-Provided ideas and worked on various unannounced internal projects.-Developed PS3 tutorial series, used by many to learn PS3 and SPU development.

-Product planning/management for Sony Entertainment Network (PlayStation Network) account platform.-Design/UX:working collaboratively with UX/design teams to improve the SEN account platform experience, such as sign-in, account creation, account setting, etc.-Authentication infrastructure:designed the SEN authentication infrastructure, leveraging OAuth 2.0 framework, as well as adding SEN network-wide optimizations. Created the internal OAuth client management process. -Device integration:work on daily basis to ensure the account platform works 24/7 on Sony devices, as well as supporting other OEM devices. Mainstream devices include PlayStation consoles, Xperia smartphones, Bravia TVs, etc. Proud member of the PS4 launch team!-Brand:become the gatekeeper for Sony/SEN/PSN brand proactively involved in strategic brand growth initiatives. -Marketing:continuously work with global Sony/SEN marketing teams and evangelize the SEN account platform product portfolio, and optimize the account experience to improve Sony/SEN marketing efforts.
