With degrees in communications and theatre, Randall White began his career in acting and directing, with notable roles in regional theater, a McDonald’s commercial, and a coast-to-coast tour of his one-man show, “Normal.”Later, he transitioned to nonprofit leadership, holding executive roles at organizations like the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, the Dallas Theater Center, and the American Diabetes Association. In 1998, he acquired a small Dallas-based consulting firm, Elettore (originally named Corporate Citizen Group), where he and his team provided community relations, corporate communications, and public affairs services for 22 years. Elettore managed digital and online strategies for numerous political clients, including campaigns and elected officials.Randall also produced large-scale public events, including:• Bridge-o-Rama, a multi-event celebration for the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge opening, which earned him the Business Council for the Arts’ Obelisk Award.• All Out Trinity, a fitness festival featuring a massive yoga class on the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.• Trinity River Revel, marking the grand reopening of the Continental Avenue Bridge and other Trinity River amenities.• Food in Fashion, a charity fashion show, which won the Texas Restaurant Association’s Presidents Award. As a volunteer, Randall founded 24HourDallas in 2020 to enhance Dallas’ nighttime economy, securing $250,000 in funding and bringing together 100 stakeholders. President (Volunteer)24Hourdallas Jan 2020 - May 2022Dallas/Fort Worth Area24HourDallas is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit. It advocates for a nighttime Dallas that will be safer, more inclusive, and more vibrant for businesses, residents, and guests.I was founder and first board president of this organization. -
PresidentElettore Mar 2008 - Aug 2020Dallas/Fort Worth AreaIn this role, I created and managed community engagement strategies for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities. The solutions I delivered were innovative, inspired, inclusive and win-win. They helped defuse community pushback or foster stakeholder support. http://www.elettore.comI retired and closed the consultancy on August 31, 2020.Key Achievements• Obelisk Award, granted to Elettore in 2014 by the Business Council for the Arts for invaluable contributions supporting arts and culture in North Texas• Bridge-o-Rama and Trinity River Revel, festivals Elettore created and managed to welcome the openings of the Margaret Hunt Hill and Ronald Kirk Pedestrian bridges over the Trinity River in Dallas (Attracted 8,000 and 5,000 attendees respectively)• Food in Fashion, an innovative fashion show and cooking competition Elettore created to raise money for the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation (Netted $12,000)• Convention Center Hotel Referendum – Elettore managed all the web and social media communications encouraging people to vote FOR the city issuing bonds to fund the construction of a hotel adjacent to the city’s downtown convention center. The FOR group won by 2.5 percent, despite being down 30% in the polls just three months earlier. In 2011, the Omni Dallas Hotel opened• Pappy’s Tree Grove, a project that invited Dallas-area green advocates to nominate arborists who should be commemorated with plaques at the bases of mature trees saved within a new mixed-use development.

Managing PartnerCorporate Citizen Group May 1998 - Feb 2008Dallas/Fort Worth AreaI led a team of consultants who developed and managed innovative initiatives designed to build stronger relationships between corporations and the communities in which they operate.Key Achievements• In 1999, retired employees of Texas Instruments became upset when they started receiving benefits information from a long-time competitor who had purchased the division they had worked for. My solution was to develop the TI Alumni Association, which sustained the important memories and brand association those retirees wanted to hold onto as long as possible. The association thrives to this day, with thousands of members worldwide.• In 2001, an upscale neighborhood in Dallas lamented that its residents had to drive to the other side of town to patronize quality retail. My solution was to create the Fort Worth Avenue Development Group, a grass-roots organization committed to more diverse retail to West Commerce/Fort Worth Avenue, a 3.5-mile long corridor in the neighborhood. Since the group’s founding, the corridor has attracted a boutique hotel featured in Conde Nast Traveler Magazine; a mixed-used development that includes an organic market, Italian bistro, yoga studio and hair salon; three banks; a pet care center; a national-chain drug store; and at least five new mixed-use communities with retail spaces on their ground floors.

Regional Executive DirectorAmerican Diabetes Association 1992 - 1998Dallas/Fort Worth AreaI managed the volunteers and staff for as many as six local chapters of the American Diabetes Association in Texas and Louisiana. The nonprofit world often just asks donors to give a certain amount of money to sponsor an event or program. I flipped that model to instead ask healthcare and food-industry organizations how we could add benefit to their business objectives and received increased donations from them as a result.Key Achievements• Under my direction, the Dallas chapter rose to become one of the five chapters in the country with the highest fund-raising income -
Director Of Marketing And DevelopmentDallas Theater Center 1990 - 1992Dallas/Fort Worth AreaI oversaw the theater’s fund-raising, marketing and public relations activities, as well as patron services. -
Assistant Executive DirectorAssociation For Career And Technical Education 1988 - 1990Washington D.C. Metro AreaI oversaw membership, fund-raising, data processing, chapter relations and minority affairs for this association that served approximately 14,000 members across the United States. I developed and led a campaign called America Works, Thanks to Me, designed to build esteem among vocational and technical teachers. Key Achievements• Under my leadership, the association went from watching its membership numbers decline to watching them stabilize, then increase.
