CFM Finance Lead on a number of our client engagements including Tabcorp, VicRoads, AGL, Jemena, Coles, ANZ Bank and National Australia Bank.Responsibilities• Assumed the role of CFM Lead on a number of smaller Melbourne-based clients and later the CFM Lead of National Australia Bank which became Diamond Client in Q2 of FY14.• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Accenture policies.• Report to and advise the Client Account Lead (CAL), the Commercial Director (CD) and all delivery SE’s on all US GAAP Financial matters concerning the client account and its contracts.• Manage and develop all monthly management financial reporting and commentary which goes to the Account Leadership team.• Oversee the production of quarterly account level MRE Forecasting (Sales, NR, CCI, CCI %)• Manage the production and distribution of contract financial scorecard reporting for Delivery SEs. Co-ordinate the dedicated CFM team in helping delivery management to manage the contracts to their ODEs and improve overall profitability.• Manage and prioritise the day-to-day work load of the CFM team to ensure that all deliverables are met to expected timeframes. • Manage the Account Leaderships’ expectations of CFM delivery and responsibilities.• Assist the Account Leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for commercial and operational decision making.• Work with the CD, CPMO and CM to co-ordinate Commercial Team reporting to both the Account Leadership and present external Management Reporting to the client.• Manage and improve the account’s Inventory and Receivables position.• Responsible for the ongoing pastoral/career management of my career counselees.• Assist the Delivery Teams in calculating and presenting negative EAC changes on contracts where delivery challenges have arisen. Advise the Leadership team on aspects of messaging around the financials. • Oversee the completion of Quarterly Internal Controls obligations.
