Mr. Randall routinely serves as principal-in-charge and project manager for military and commercial projects. Currently, Mr. Randall is responsible for overall management of a variety of complex environmental and energy projects, including environmental assessments, drinking water monitoring and preparation of management and sampling plans; contaminated site characterization; natural and cultural resource surveys and preparation of plans and reports; HazMat surveys; photovoltaic (PV) system design; asbestos and LBP inspections; environmental specification writing; infrastructure related projects; small arms range treatability studies; remedial investigations and feasibility studies; remedial design and remedial actions; groundwater quality studies, and environmental assessments/site investigations. He has designed, installed, operated and maintained soil and groundwater remedial systems for bulk fuel above-ground storage and underground storage tank projects. Mr. Randall works closely with state and federal regulatory agencies to ensure successful implementation, performance, and completion of a variety of projects.Mr. Randall is also the RME for HIES and holds a General Contractors License AC-21139. He manages various environmental and energy projects for U.S. Bases in Japan and assists on projects in Hawaii, Guam, Virginia and other Pacific and Asia locations. Many of the projects have components including, wetlands surveys and management planning, hazardous waste management, cultural and natural resource concerns, lead-based paint, asbestos, PCB containing electrical equipment, Radiological Emergency Response and site characterization, USTs, ASTs and PV system design. Mr. Randall is proficient using Primavera software for project scheduling and management.
