As the Support Engineer I was responsible for the installation of Windows x86 based servers and Cisco Systems deployments. I have installed and configured Windows Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise editions for video distribution solutions. Created publishing points, modified SQL Server 2005 database tables and installed encoders/decoders that integrated XML.

I have trained customers, and co-workers on how to use media retrieval systems that used Marc Records as a standards based solution throughout many installations. I have instructed users on IP based security systems like Pelco, NVT, Panasonic, and numerous other solutions. I have helped network administrators at the local level troubleshoot their systems.

As a Systems Integration Specialist I worked in the Network Department installing Windows Based x86 architecture based systems. My primary focus was with telephony and security based equipment that utilized Windows as a platform for these systems. I have installed and troubleshot T1's, 1FB's, ISDN, PRI, PBX and Key Systems. Installed fiber optic cabling.

As one of the Team Leaders, I have installed and configured Cisco 2900, 3500 series switches and made programming changes on core switches like the Cisco 4500, 6500 series routers. I have created new processes and design changes for many of my team members based on Cisco field notices. I have a good understanding of the OSI model as it relates to video.

Installed linear cabling systems related to networking, video, security, voice technologies. I installed fiber optic cabling and video delivery surveillance equipment. Primary job required mainly security related work. Worked as a crew leader making sure teams were trained and ready. Made sure equipment and inventory levels were always available for jobs.

Installed security surveillance equipment and installed fire alarm panels, burglar alarm systems. My primary role in the company was to install these systems and help others troubleshoot existing installations.
