Randall led the web department at the Dallas, TX headquarters and then focused his leadership and business development into expanding the growth of fifty new markets throughout the United States where he later implemented business standards and operating principles for North Carolina region and the Tennessee office. Within the first few months of operations, these offices became top producing offices throughout the United States. Co-founding The Calvert Group, under his leadership, the company began as a graphics design specialty shop grew into an integrated marketing firm, named Springboard Agency with separate divisions for Sports & Entertainment, Publishing, Web Services, Event Marketing and a turn-key service to help inventors bring new Products-to-Market.
