The Extension Program Coordinator helped St. Louis area Veterans develop and implement individualized career plans. The Coordinator worked to identify barriers to employment and academic advancement while assisting youth and adults in finding employment and training opportunities.Conducted targeted outreach and recruitment of veterans for program compliance. Collaborated with local and state agencies, the Workforce Investment Board, educational institutions, and training partners to expand and leverage available resources. Additionally, the Extension Program Coordinator evaluated the effectiveness of program services and maintained program records and documentation.Performed other related tasks in support of the department's mission and goals.

The Community Impact Coordinator (CIC) engaged residents in case management, support wraparound service referrals, workforce development, and education persistence/completion needs. Conducted formal and informal outreach activities, including door-to-door canvassing, email, phone calls, and flyers specific to program activities and events.Conducted target recruitment for programmatic activities, focusing on key locations serving residents of crime hotspot areas, and engaged in targeted community outreach at key businesses. As a CIC, I maintained active case management for 75 uniquely identified residents.

In communities across the county, veterans are tackling pressing issues at the local level. As a Fellowship Program Specialist I was instrumental in empowering the veterans and facilitating their successful continued service. The Fellowship Program Specialist is an enthusiastic mission ambassador and is deeply passionate about empowering veterans who are adjusting to life after the military to find purpose through community impact.I was responsible for the coaching of program participants by maintaining quality contact with the Fellows during their fellowships, allowing them to be successful at their host site, remain on track to execute their exit strategy goals, and ensure that the requirements of fellowship were completed.The other duties of an FPS included;- Supporting and addressing the needs of Fellows during their fellowships outside of the fellowship commitment, including resume building, securing a knowledgeable mentor, opportunities for continued advancement, etc.-Referring fellows to community resources to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.-Tracked all current Fellows using the Salesforce database and learning management software.-Tracked all fellowship assignments and goals, ensuring that fellowship stipends are deposited on the dates outlined on the Fellows’ goal outlines as well as after all requirements for that period of the fellowship are completed.Program Development-Provided logistical support for the successful execution of quarterly fellowship orientations.-Served as a liaison with regional team, supporting veteran outreach/recruitment and Service Platoon Program goals through fostering and facilitating local partnerships with universities student veteran organizations, local veteran service organizations, and veteran resource providers.-Organized a pool of resources, including articles, readings, and exercises to support the goal achievement of program participants.

A Mission Continues Fellowship involves 20 hours of service per week for 26 weeks which I served with Gentlemen Of Vision ROPE. Inc. as a Executive Assistant to the programs CEO. I assisted in planning, directing, & coordinating operations of the several sites under contract with the Gentlemen Of Vision Program. For my fellowship capstone I successfully created a logistical analysis of the GOV Program and provided a restructuring platform for the program to successfully move forward into the future.

As a Police Officer, I dedicated my service to patrolling a high-crime area of the county, promptly responding to dispatch calls to enforce laws and safeguard public safety. My unwavering commitment to caring for and serving the community was at the core of my mission. Whether it involved preserving crime scenes, meticulously gathering evidence, or relying on keen intuition, these attributes led to the successful arrest of hundreds of suspects.I also served as a member of the Crisis Intervention Team, responsible for responding to calls involving individuals in mental crisis. My role required assessing each situation to determine the appropriate response, whether it be police intervention or medical assistance.Furthermore, I diligently authored accurate and comprehensive reports for each call I addressed, ensuring the thorough documentation of incidents.In addition to my regular duties, I took an active role in educating the public on crime prevention, contributing to a safer and more informed community.
