With 20 years experience in media and technology, I have been at the forefront of the advertising industry's progression into programmatic, facilitating the convergence of digital advertising across a host of demand and supply partners. As Head of Data and Performance Sales at Mail Metro Media I am responsible for building the commercial first-party data strategy and driving revenue through outcome-led sales across all levels of buying. As a member of the commercial leadership, I run the senior programmatic team and influence the wider sales team of 150+ including the leads of the verticals. All programmatic direct, performance, and data revenues fall under my remit.In my previous roles as Commercial Director at Future, I led multiple verticals including Technology, Games and Planning whilst overseeing Programmatic and first party data revenues across all of Future's digital publications. In 2023 I completed an MBA in Strategy & Leadership at Exeter University gaining a Distinction.
