• LDS Employment Resource Services consults with church leaders; develops employment, education, and self-employment resources; and coaches individuals to achieve self-reliance. To help achieve this mission:
• In one year, I increased the number of job placements by 21% from 382 in 2014 to 462.
• I trained and supervised 7 full-time and Church-service missionaries in all responsibilities including working one-on-one with candidates, resume reviews, mock interviews, teaching workshops and job search skills.
• In May 2015, I started a daily Accelerated Job Search Group in which to date 17 participants have secured employment within an average of 32 days.
• I conduct quarterly online training meetings for 70 leaders of 32 LDS Stakes teaching them how to effectively use the www.ldsjobs.org website and other tools to better assist approximately 2,000 job seekers.

• I manage the staff of 12 specialists at the employment center that supports employment programs for 32 LDS stakes.
• I also teach The Career Workshop in both English and Spanish to approximately 10 job seekers weekly helping to decrease their unemployment time by an average of 40%
• I developed and introduced a more efficient process to communicate with and track the progress of over 3,000 job seekers registered in the service area using phone calls, email messages and involving church leaders..
• Icultivated a network of over 40 employers that participate in annual job fairs. After each job fair, every employer reports they had met candidates they would like to hire.
