Overall responsibility in Taunton, MA for a vertical integration contract manufacturing facility, with revenue in excess of $60M annually. Key customer included Varian Semiconductor, Pratt and Whitney, BAE, and GE Healthcare. The Taunton facility produced products for systems in which failure is not optional and reliability must be exceptionally high. These included DoD, aerospace, and medical systems. Overall responsibility in Winnsboro, TX for an injection molding facility that prodcued all of the molded connector blanks for 4 revenue generating sites. OTD was maintained at above 95% with efficiency of greater than 90%.

Responsible for re-vitalization of the foams extrusion business unit through lean manufacturing kaizens, leadership recruitment, leadership development, and team building initiatives. Improved manufacturing output by thirty percent while substantially reducing cost, improving product quality, and reducing scrap.
