As Vice President of Business Development, Fogelman managed Eastern Market 360º, EMC’s renovation and construction activities focusing on the renovation of the market core including the 5 sheds. As director of business development he was responsible for recruitment and leasing activities as part of EMC effort to bring new and exciting farmers and vendors.

Detroit Spice Company (DSC) is a specialty food product line consisting of six spice blends and three hot sauces. Our products are available at www.detroitspiceco.com and at specialty food retailers and grocery stores throughout Michigan. Detroit Spice Company produces Detroit Steak Seasoning, Detroit Jerk Seasoning, Detroit Barbecue Rub, Detroit Greektown.
