I am a driven and motivated Corporate Trainer; dedicated to continuously coaching and guiding my colleagues towards successful careers. I am a seasoned Corporate Sales Trainer and Motivational Speaker.  I have enjoyed building training departments for Fortune 500 companies, traveling the United States extensively conducting training seminars and also volunteering my time and talent for training and public speaking to non-profit organizations.  I have a deep passion for teaching and motivating others.  My goal is to ensure the success of my colleagues, both professionally and personally.  I gauge my own personal success based on the growth and success of my team. I attended the University of Arkansas where I majored in Advertising and Public Relations. Throughout my career, I have been recognized by numerous industry groups for professional achievements, my compassionate leadership and my community involvement. I live in Greensboro, NC with my wife of 17 years, Trish.  Our family includes our three children, our grandson, two dogs, two cats and two birds.  In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events (Go Hogs!), volunteering with various nonprofits, advocating for people living with Autism and mental illness and volunteering with the local Little League Baseball organization.
