Contracted to help bring $180M central library for Temple University in Philadelphia to 100% CD completion.

Directly involved in the inception and creation of a new, rapidly growing, international architecture firm. Project types include a 1.5 million square foot tech hub, a top-tier international business school, commercial real estate, hospitality, and residential. Simultaneously developing strategies for the growth and management of the new firm while setting up the studio in the historic Seagram Building in New York.

Lead designer on international and domestic projects. Led project team developing conceptual design for Tivoli Gardens, culminating in an exhibition in Copenhagen, Denmark; ongoing meetings with client to review design; coordinate with consultants and prospective investors; traveled to London to analyze budget and feasibility studies with construction manager; formulate presentations, audiences have included the Princess of Denmark as well as the Danish Embassy. Elected to represent architecture students at 34 universities in 13 states. Facilitated region-wide student conferences at the Univ. of Minnesota and the Univ. of Nebraska.
