Randall S. Horn is a Boston native with over 25 years of both DoD and commercial experience. He brings a broad range of experience in financial and operations management across both small and large businesses. This includes serving as Proposal Manager (Raytheon), Director of Business Operations (EMC), Director of Programs (L3 Communications), & Vice President of Operations and Customer Service (ICx) where he managed the manufacturing floor. He was also the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Orien Technologies and also Chief Operation Office (COO) of Nardella Law FirmRandall’s leadership qualities help create strong business foundations allowing for efficiency, growth and on time delivery. He prides himself in managing, mentoring and growing personnel. Randall has helped create businesses and developed large, detailed proposals.
