Emphasis on implementing new procurement and personnel policies, recruitment of staff, fiscal management, and implementation $250 million capital improvement program. Centerpiece was a Nathan Benderson Park Rowing Facility a public/private partnership. Successfully competed for 2017 World Rowing Competition in international selection process Community is an affluent international coastal arts and cultural destination and growing amateur athletic venue on the Gulf of Mexico.

Chief Executive Officer of full service inland county government serving 248,000 residents and all functions for the Board of County Commissioners. Position supervised over 850 employees and management of annual budgets of over $300,000,000. Major projects included construction of county criminal courthouse, energy conservation efforts and environmental lands preservation. County is home to the main campus of the University of Florida, Santa Fe College and hosts the Gator Nationals, a major dragster competition.

Martin County, Florida

Assisted two County Administrators in organizational management, strategic planning and functional oversight of growth management and development activities. Position responsible for working with newly evolving sustainable communities efforts and was recognized by State of Florida as one of five Sustainable Communities Demonstration Sites. Major project was oversight of the brownfeild redevelopment of an abandon college campus on the Indian River Lagoon and the creation of the Indian Riverside Park. Served as Acting County Administrator for 14 months during long term terminal illness County Administrator. Martin County is a coastal community on the Atlantic Ocean known for its access to sport fishing and affluent, high quality residential developments and marinas.

Titusville, Florida

Chief Executive Officer of coastal municipality located on the Indian River Lagoon serving a population of 42,000 residents. Reported to the City Council and supervised approximately 500 employees and over sight of an annual budget of over $70,000,000. Community serves one of the country's aerospace centers of NASA operations and as the gateway to Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center and the Canaveral National Seashore and Wildlife Refuge.

Green River, Wyoming

Chief Executive Office of a full service municipality in western Wyoming serving a population of 13,500 residents. Reported to City Council and managed annual budgets of over $16,000,000,000. As first full time, professional administrator, position required establishing much of organizational structure, adoption of administrative policies, the supervision of the design and construction of numerous public facilities. Community serves as the center of world's trona (soda ash) mining with many mineral and energy company facilities and as the I-80 gateway access to the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and to the Grand Tetons/Yellowstone National Park.

Vandalia, Ohio

Assisted City Manager in organizational management functions including personnel, communications and community development functions. Initially served as intern to City Manager after graduation from Miami University with BA in Public Administration. Vandalia is a suburban community of Dayton, Ohio, an automotive and manufacturing community and was the home of the American Trapshooting Association. Recruited to position from internship with City Manager Ted Gaebler and several years as a seasonal crew leader and laborer in the Public Works Department as college student.
