I enjoy what I do everyday. I learn something new every day about design. Whether it be about the process, construction techniques, details, or something about the software, this is one of the primary reasons I love this profession; I never stop learning.In the past I have worked on a numerous amount of projects that cover both a range of building types as well as varying stages of the design process. From construction documents on 190 units of student housing to 3D renderings of a corporate headquarters to a 10K square foot residential addition, my work has taken me all over the profession.I also have experience both educationally and professionally in working independently and as a part of a team. I believe both are crucial and necessary to be a well rounded individual in the workplace. The design field attracted me because of the ability to combine creativity and technical expertise. On the one hand, the design side allows me to become a child again with pencil and paper and on the other, a critical thinker and continuous learner of how the design becomes reality.In the professional world, connections mean everything.
