Developer on a lean team requiring team members to fill various roles including Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, and Application Administrator. Currently my main focus is on creating complex Tableau dashboards to replace existing BusinessObjects Dashboards (previously known as XCelsius) and BusinessObjects Reports. During development of the Tableau dashboards, I have had to utilize many of the features of Tableau including Data Blending, various filtering options, and allowing different views of application data in a single Tableau dashboard.From a Project Management prospective, I am taking basic requirements and meeting with clients to come up with end user acceptable and technically feasible requirements. I have been utilizing my technical experience and understanding of project requirements to create accurate project schedules.

With my experience throughout Data Analytics, I have successfully led several different types of deployments. I have managed and completed projects using classic waterfall and new Agile methodologies. I have experience with application upgrades, as well as financial data driven releases. I have worked with my team to provide impact analysis and communicated with all parties of the upcoming deployments. As an O&M lead, I must assign tasks for the deployments plus work on day to day activities for all team members.Guident acquired by CRGT, Inc., in December 2012, acts as an independent Operating Unit within CRGT. I was the lead engineer for the BusinessObjects upgrade from 3.1 up to the 4.1 version. In addition, I implemented Single Sign On for BusinessObjects and IIS applications. I maintained a BusinessObjects environment with over 1500 users, 70 universes and 25 universe connections, as well as custom IIS and Java applications. I created the security model being used throughout the environments. I have a background as a report developer gaining data analyst and SQL knowledge. Understanding SQL led me to doing ETL development, enhancing existing jobs and creating new ETL jobs. With a mixture of SQL, coding, and BusinsessObjects administration I have developed Javascript applications for new user approval and password resets.

As a member of a Department of Defense (DoD) team, supported the BusinessObjects environment. Provided BusinessObjects XI application support, including resolving user issues with BusinessObjects XI and data quality issues in various locations of military medical treatment facilities all over the world. Gathered requirements for new reports and universes. Assisted with troubleshooting report issues, including helping with user training and increasing user knowledge.

Developed and tested SQR reports to display and view transactional system data for the General Services Administration (GSA) within Momentum.
