Nigel is a Chartered Surveyor with over twenty years' experience working in the real estate industry based in central London. He has worked mainly in private practice gaining experience in a range of general practice disciplines and has also worked in the public sector on compulsory purchase matters.Nigel has specialised in land assembly, compulsory purchase and compensation for over fifteen years and continues to do so. He has assisted developers and local authorities across the UK to bring about redevelopment and regeneration schemes and has advised transport and infrastructure companies on a variety of projects. He has also advised third party landowners affected by such projects, negotiating compensation claims on their behalf.
