Monitor compliance with purchasing and financial regulations as Government Purchase Card holder. Key Achievements: Established reputation as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple equipment platforms; played integral role in department’s receipt of four Star Performer Awards. Conducted comprehensive performance maintenance inspections on all equipment; attention to detail ensured equipment uptime of 98%+ consistently. Developed new training programs for Voice Modules, Technical Order Distribution Office management and inventory, Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) coordination and instruction, leading to “excellent” ratings during major compliance inspection. Created Equipment Operation and Maintenance (O&M) plan that allowed for full operation of critical equipment despite sub-zero temperatures. Earned qualifications on new systems quickly, and completed On the Job Training (OJT) four months ahead of schedule. Recognized for stellar performance; received top ratings on all performance evaluations, awarded promotion six months ahead of schedule, received Air Force Achievement Medal Commendation, and garnered nominations for seven Airman of the Quarter and two Airman of the Year awards.

Mastered wide range of processes, systems, and operations in Cyber Transport while gaining hands-on exposure to mission-critical tools; programmed and operated state-of-the-art IT and communications equipment including cryptographic devices, Cisco routers and switches, Avaya Promina series multiplexers, and basic access modules for phone / Internet services.Key Achievements: Took initiative as leader throughout training; assisted peers in study and tutoring sessions, and Distinguished Graduate (DG): highest technical scores in entire flight. Demonstrated high level of proficiency in system security, network infrastructure, access control, and organizational security to receive Security+ certificate. Promoted positive community relations; organized multiple community volunteer groups with up to 100+ participants to complete variety of clean up, beautification, and community support projects.
