Replacement of outdated desktop PC's at various PNC facilities in northeast Ohio. Responsibilities included tracking new equipment delivery, scheduling appointments with end users to complete the replacement, preparing new equipment for installation and performing the installation using the tools and methods as set out by the contractor. Maintained a record of all activities pertaining to each order in the order progress database system and ensuring that all old equipment is shipped out to the used equipment depot. Tasks also included supporting the end users with any issues that arose from configuration changes or other problems that came to light as a result of the equipment change.To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the process I developed a few applications in Microsoft Powershell that collected information from the old PCs that enabled me to determine if the configuration of the new equipment was correct and allowed me to more completely configure the new software installation to meet the needs of the end user and reduce the disruption to their productivity.This assignment ended after the volume of equipment to be replaced had been depleted.
