SAP Portfolio Director responsible for the SAP Advisory Practice, Practice Solutions, Engagements, and overall delivery performance.

Assist clients with identifying, planning, and leading cross enterprise IT continuous improvement initiatives. These continuous improvement initiatives are often focused upon maximizing greater business value from the client’s IT investments, CoE operations, and respective managed service contracts. The IT investments often include the combination of core ERP, SOA compliant, and business intelligence applications. Applications include SAP R/3, Business Suite on HANA, S/4 HANA, Netweaver, BW, JD Edwards, Dassault, Siemens, etc. These initiatives (and initiative portfolios) values range between 6 to 9 figures financially, 20 to 200 team members, and often cover multiple geographic locations.
