Create art and copy layouts for a diverse range of materials aimed at enhancing the visual appeal of colleges. Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, I prepare documents such as ads, brochures, billboards, posters, banners, fliers, publications, and annual reports.Work closely with college personnel to advise, create, and execute strong creative solutions that effectively communicate with our chosen demographic. Through seamless integration of copy and graphics, I ensure the overall graphic quality of all college visual presentations. Additionally, prepare detailed notes and instructions for workers/vendors involved in final layout preparation and printing.

Capture dynamic engaging images for digital and print for marketing team and artist management. Manage organization and tagging of preferred images in image library.

Supported the marketing team in creating and producing high-quality visual materials for various marketing channels. My primary focus was the production and execution of design assets, including but not limited to print collateral, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and signage. Worked closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all design projects meet their needs and requirements.

Led direction and developed digital projects to completion, including but not limited to templates for quals/proposals, presentations, display boards, leave behinds, out-of-house print coordination, ads, brochures, invitations, animation and video. Collaborated with strategists and production team on presentations, briefs and specialized printing. Photographed architecture projects within the firm as well as company headshots.

Built, managed, and supervised the CPS brand, from designing a fully conceptualized brand and managing it to creating all print and digital graphic illustrations for central office and all 650+ schools in the District. Protected the integrity of design, and brand image through graphic design and strong collaboration with department directors. Wrote and implemented brand guidelines; oversaw the CPS design committee; managed vendors and third-party graphic designers; shot video and photography; and created motion graphics. Worked with all departments to develop city-wide campaigns reaching students, families, and teachers across the District.

Conceptualized and developed, created and produced innovative designs across web, email and responsive platforms. Managed design project initiatives from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are creative, on-time, relevant and in alignment with the marketing and business strategies.

Led the visual identity across all 7 stations and the creation of best-in-class user experiences. Designed custom advertising banners along with jump pages and programs for clients, developed and maintained digital content for websites ensuring that websites reflected station priorities and current promotions while increasing traffic and offering unique brand-appropriate content, identified opportunities to grow web presence and implemented said strategies.
