Multi-year large scale new datacenter project reduced to “1 year”(cost savings – IT ROI and reduced time-to-market) through the agile method using daily stand ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement aligning with 8 other scrum teams using Kanban/Jira boards to move this project into full production within two zones. Successful Datacenter failover/DR testing for all applications by utilizing GTM/LTM traffic routing.
